FATSSSSSS... I believe everyone of us does hates one part or many parts of the fats in our body regardless you're thin or not especially some stubborn fats in our body just cant be removed by normal exercise.
The number of fat cells in our bodies typically becomes a fixed number sometime in our teenage years. Losing weight or gaining weight generally does not INCREASE or DECREASE the number of fat cells.Instead it changes the size of the fat cells.
Therefore, losing weight makes the fat cells smaller but does not make the fat cells go away. But, the CLATUU Fat Freezing procedure actually reduces the number of fat cells in treated area by about 20% to 25%.
Last two weeks I went to Premier Clinic Puchong Branch to do the CLATUU Fat Freezing for my lower abdomen. It's really struggling for me when comes to wearing tight dresses and leggings with stubborn fats at this area. Therefore I really wish to give it a try and see if it works for me.

Thankfully with the professional guidance and advises from Doctor Michelle from Premier Clinic, she cleared my doubts and i believed the stubborn fats that stayed with me for so long will go away very soon.
And I got very excited for the treatment after she answered the questions.
First, CLATUU Fat Freezing uses precisely controlled cooling process, which is targeted at fat cells to destroy them. The destroyed fat cells are naturally eliminated from the body through metabolic processes over a period of 6 to 12 weeks.
When the applicator is applied, you will feel the treated area is being pulled intensely. As the cooling process starts, you will feel a stinging or uncomfortable sensation for the first 10 minutes. After that, you will feel cold and numb, but not painful
CLATUU fat freezing is non-surgical body shaping that suitable for both man and women in Malaysia. Someone who is in good shape might still has stubborn fat bulges in certain places.And these are the commonly treat area such as lower belly, inner thigh and upper arms
After the CLATUU treatment normally it will takes about 4 to 12 weeks to start seeing results. And I'm advised to exercise regularly to maintain the results.
CLATUU is a non-invasive treatment, the potential risks are much lower compared to other treatments. Most patients will not experience any adverse side effects. However, some patients might experience some mild soreness or bruising in the treated areas.
So here's my CLATUU Fat Freezing experience with Premier Clinic, before my treatment starts, Doctor Michelle explains to me about what I've written above regarding to the process and and details of the treatment.
And next, we moved to a treatment room and she starts to do marking on my treated are which is the lower belly. *Gosh, it's really fat sial*
And the treatment begins. For the first 10 minutes I feel a little uncomfortable sensation on the treated area but after that it was quite okay because the treated part become numb already. The treatment rooms is provided with TV and a series of TV shows and movies to choose from. So, I keep myself entertained with the TV shows and my smart phone games during the 1 hour treatment.
So this picture is taken right after the treatment and this is how my lower belly looks like after experiencing 1 hour of 9 degree Celsius environment.
I felt a little soreness after that treatment and it lasted for about 2 to 3 days. The soreness feeling is about the same as what we are experiencing when we have our period. I'm all good now by the way.
Overall I'm happy with my CLATUU fat freezing treatment with Premier Clinic and I'm looking forward to the full results of my treatment in another 2 months time. I will come back next round for my inner thigh and my upper arm fat freezing for sure. Stay tuned to my blog for more updates.
