Life is like a cup of tea, to be filled to the brim and enjoyed with friends. Delectable scones,tea, sandwiches and cakes are the hallmark of an afternoon tea. Who doesn’t love afternoon tea ? In this post I’ll be sharing about  a new place to enjoy afternoon tea in Penang Island and the event I attended here.  Last week I attended a BB Beauty Art Deco event organised by Butterfly Project Malaysia and hosted by Double Tree Resort by Hilton Penang. We are very happy to meet our mamasan Tammy (founder of Butterfly Project) because the last event we attended in KL was about few months back.

Gala house is not new to all Penangites and it portrays "hipster" kind of style which is loved by young adults and teenagers living in Penang. Gala House commenced it's business in 2013 and until now still standing strong among all the cafes in Penang. The signage of Gala House complete with light bulbs gives the cafe a retro feel just suits the the heritage concept in Georgetown area.

Recently I keep travel to Kuala Lumpur for my work purpose and I found out sometimes finding a convenient place to stay in KL is not so easy. My appointment location is normally kinda far from each other, so therefore I'll wish to look for a place where its convenient  and not so far for me to travel to my appointment location. Futhermore, I got no sense of direction and KL is too big for me haha. Last few weeks, me and another friend went to KL for two night stay and we found out this comfort stay managed by Living Space @ Scott Garden. Location seems to be quite convenient for us and not too far from our appointment location. After comparing a few air bnb units that Living Space @ Scott Garden, we chose this ocean theme duplex unit. Cute or not ?

FATSSSSSS... I believe everyone of us does hates one part or many parts of the fats in our body regardless you're thin or not especially some stubborn fats in our body just cant be removed by normal exercise. The number of fat cells in our bodies typically becomes a fixed number sometime in our teenage years. Losing weight or gaining weight generally does not INCREASE or DECREASE the number of fat cells.Instead it changes the size of the fat cells.  Therefore, losing weight makes the fat cells smaller but does not make the fat cells go away. But, the CLATUU Fat Freezing procedure actually reduces the number of fat cells in treated area by about 20% to 25%. Last two weeks I went to Premier Clinic Puchong Branch to do the CLATUU Fat Freezing for my lower abdomen. It's really struggling for me when comes to wearing tight dresses and leggings with stubborn fats at this area. Therefore I really wish to give it a try and see if it works for me.  Many questions come
